An app password over IMAP & SMTP
You create an app-specific password in your own email settings and hand us that string. No Google OAuth grant, no sweeping permission screen, and your real account password is never shared, seen or stored. It reads and sends email, nothing more. About ten minutes to set up.
One client per setup. US-based.
Your inbox, rate sheet, approved answers and records are handled as their own separate setup, never blended with other clients. Run by the founder, Shivam Patel: a named, accountable person.
Nothing sensitive goes out on its own
Quotes and price changes, refunds, late fees, disputes, complaints, review replies, public offers, first outreach to a new list, and anything over your dollar cap are drafted for your one-tap approval. In week one you approve every draft.
What we will not do
The hard lines that make handing this over safe.
- No licensed advice. No legal, medical, tax or financial advice. We handle the follow-ups and admin around your work, never the licensed judgment inside it.
- No sensitive health records. No handling of protected health information or other sensitive regulated records.
- Nothing sensitive sends itself. Anything sensitive is drafted for your approval first.
- No logins we weren't given. If a task needs an account we don't have, we tell you instead of guessing.
- We never invent facts. Prices come from your rate sheet, answers from your approved FAQ.
- We honor every stop immediately. Unsubscribes and not-interested replies come off every cadence right away.
Revoke the password, and we're gone.
Delete the app password and our inbox access ends immediately. Ask us to offboard and we delete the working copies of your rate sheet, approved answers and contact records. Month to month, cancel anytime.
No badges we haven't earned.
Agenvanta is pre-launch. We don't display a SOC 2 seal, a HIPAA badge or any certification we don't hold. What we offer instead is plainly stated practice.
